Can you take on a complete project rather than just extra hours?
Yes. You can hand over a component, assembly or drawing package. We confirm the work, outputs, review points and price before starting.
What if we already have an in-house design team?
CJM can support a specific work package alongside your team. CAD version, templates, modelling conventions and approval routes are agreed so the work fits your existing process.
Can you work remotely?
CAD and drawing packages can often be delivered remotely. Where site access, measurements or physical parts are required, we agree the arrangements during scoping.
How is the work priced?
Work can be quoted as a fixed package or on a time basis. The choice depends on how clearly the task is defined; costs and treatment of changes are confirmed before starting.
What files will we receive?
The agreed deliverables may include native SolidWorks files, STEP models, PDF drawings, DXF files and bills of materials. File versions and formats are confirmed before work starts.
Can you sign an NDA and provide insurance details?
Confidentiality terms can be agreed before detailed information is exchanged. Professional indemnity and public liability insurance details are available for client onboarding.
